Chicken, carrots, potatoes, celery & onion cooked in
a savoury stew and topped with fluffy, seasoned
dumplings. (Doughboy is the Devon name for
dumpling.)
Wednesday

Delicate Tilapia, baked in a casserole with Creamed
Spinach and Artichokes,
topped with seasoned bread crumbs. Served with fresh
vegetables.
Thursday
Dartmouth Pork Pie
Thin slices of pork between layers of apple, sugar,
spices & and onions, cooked with cider and topped
with pastry crust. Served with fresh vegetables.
Friday
Bangers & Mash
Grilled sausages & homemade mashed potatoes,
smothered in onion gravy,
and served with English peas and Broccoli.
