Inn Britannia offers a fully furnished, self-catering apartment available for weekly rental. This open loft-style apartment is located on the inn’s grounds, but is totally separate from the Inn, with it’s own private entrance.

Approximately 1000 sq. ft., the apartment sleeps 4. It has a living area w/cable television, bedroom area with double bed and two twin beds, full kitchen with all appliances, and large bathroom. The apartment is air-conditioned and is Wi-Fi capable.

The apartment is on the third floor above the owner's quarters. You’ll enjoy wonderful views, including a peek at Penobscot Bay.

For those who desire dinner at the Inn, we serve traditional English “pub fare” at 7:00 PM. Our prix fixe menu includes a glass of wine. The cost is $20 per person, excluding tax & gratuity. Our dinner seating is limited to 5 couples.

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR DINNER.

Apartment rents Saturday to Saturday, $750 per week for double occupancy, $25 for each additional person. Add 7% Maine lodging tax.

A deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa or Discover. The deposit is refundable less a $35 cancellation fee if canceled in advance of 30 days of your scheduled arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable if your reservation is canceled inside 30 days of your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, or if you are a "no show," the full amount of the reservation is due and the balance will be charged to your credit card.

The apartment is pet friendly, with prior arrangement. Pet fee is $25. Smoking is not permitted in Land's End Apartment.
